SHIPPING

We’re happy to offer free shipping on all orders over CAD$200 within Canada and the US.

On orders less than $200, shipping costs (all CAD) are at these flat rates:

British Columbia - $15

Rest of Canada - $20

United States - $25

International - (Email us and we’ll find the best rate for you)

TAXES AND DUTIES

Like most things for sale, Canadian orders are subject to GST/HST and/or provincial taxes. So you don’t have to do lots of math, these are calculated at checkout based your shipping address.

When it comes to US orders, these are subject to import duties, taxes, and tariffs. US Customs does this part. These charges are not included in your product or shipping costs. They’re the responsibility of the customer and may be collected by the carrier upon delivery.

International orders may also be subject to import duties, taxes and fees. Like the US case, these are the customer’s responsibility.

All this means we aren’t able to reimburse or refund any customs, duties, or taxes incurred.

SHIPPING FROM OUR WAREHOUSE

It usually takes 7–10 business days from when we get your order to when it leaves us. But we try to be speedy!

ORDER TRACKING

You can track your shipment right away when it has shipped. We’ll send you a

shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. This bit is out of our hands, but we should let you know that some tracking links may need 24–48 hours to generate.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

We’ll definitely aim to deliver your order (it’s our business, after all), but if your order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, Jessica Laura is not responsible if it is lost. However, if the package isn’t delivered but does make it back to our warehouse, you’ll receive a refund for the item(s) purchased. We can’t refund shipping fees though.

CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATIONS

One final but very important thing to know: Once your order has been placed, we can’t cancel or modify it. By completing the checkout process, you’re agreeing to all policies laid out on our site. So please do check before you click! Thanks so much.
