RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you buy something full-price from us, you can send it back for a refund or exchange. Just make sure it’s within 14 days of delivery. But if items are sale items, this means they are final sale. And that means they can’t be returned or exchanged.

CONDITIONS

Obviously we need pieces you return to us to be in great shape. By this we mean: in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, not damaged, with original tags attached in the original packaging and/or box and accompanied by the original packing slip. 

SHIPPING FEES

Like most other online retailers these days, we’ve had to say that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Also, Jessica Laura is not responsible for any returns lost in transit — so probably a great idea to track your return.

Credit card refunds can take up to one week to show up on your billing statement.

And if you’re sending items back from the US (or any other country), Jessica Laura is not responsible for duties, fees, custom charges, or taxes.

COMPLETE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

This is straightforward. All you need to do is email your return or exchange request to hello@jessicalaura.ca with the subject line “Online request return.” And do remember to include the order number in your email. That’s really helpful!

Once we’ve approved it, we’ll give you a “Return Authorization" code.

Package the item(s) for shipping and write the “Return Authorization” code on the outside of the package – RA# ______.

And then send it to:

It can take up to 7 days for processing (things take time!). And we’ll send you an email once the exchange or refund has been issued. Refunds are made to the original payment method.

Refunds should take 1–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on where you keep your money.
