What size should I order?
Great question! The fit of our product varies style to style. Some are more slim fitting, some true to size, while some are meant to have an oversize fit. This is why we include garment measurements. It means you’re able to pick the size that’s most in line with the fit you’re looking for.
Our oversized pieces are intentionally crafted to have that extra room (just the way we like it). If you prefer a more fitted look or are between sizes, we recommend sizing down for the best fit. But if you’re unsure, please reach out to us. (We're always available via hello@jessicalaura.ca). We’d love to help find the best fit for you.
How much does shipping cost?
We’re happy to offer free shipping on all orders over CAD$200 within Canada and the US.
On orders less than $200, shipping costs (all CAD) are at these flat rates:
British Columbia - $15
Rest of Canada - $20
United States - $25
International - (Email us and we’ll find the best rate for you)
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Unfortunately, once your order has been placed through our online store, we’re unable to make any changes to your order or address. So please check before you click! However, we do offer returns and exchanges. All the details are here: return and exchange.
How do I track my order?
This is super simple: You'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been packed up and sent on its way.
How often do you restock your items?
Part of Jessica Laura’s ethos is to offer limited drops. Short runs keep the line feeling exclusive and fresh. And (confession time) we love coming up with all those new ideas!
Where can I find your products to try on in person?
We understand that sometimes there’s nothing quite like trying things on in person. We have some fantastic retailers spread out across the country (that country being Canada), who’d love to see you. Check out our Stockists section on the homepage. Just enter your postal code and if there’s a store close by, you’ll see their contact info and location.
If you are local to Vancouver and would like to come by our showroom and try on the entire collection (yes, really!), you can make an appointment to come in and see us.
What items are final sale?
While most of our pieces can be returned or exchanged, some items are ‘final sale.’ This means unfortunately you can’t return or exchange them.
This policy is the same for all bodysuits as well (which is what you’d expect, isn’t it?).
We do want you to love your purchase, so if you’re unsure whether your order qualifies for a return, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at hello@jessicalaura.ca — before purchase! We’re always happy to help.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, but it’s slightly tricky. Unfortunately, shipping internationally is really quite expensive for a small business. However, we'll do our absolute best to find the lowest rate for you. Send us an email (including your country!) at hello@jessicalaura.ca and we’ll get back to you with the best possible rate.
